@amazonca as a customer since 1995 surprised to see no option to simply cancel a delayed product. Visiting Canada, ordered cologne wanted before Halloween, leaving soon, cannot simply cancel and get refund. This is against the very premise of Amazon as an alternative to retail??

@Uber you have very unfriendly and unreachable customer contact system. I took an Uber to the airport in Delhi on my way to Canada. Paid the driver via Gpay. Sent the receipt. It continues to ask me for payment. Why lose customers when you can have repeats?

@IncomeTaxIndia on the one hand you want to applaud “proud filers” and on the other you slap honest tax payers with penalties based on technical faults between 2 regimes which should not exist in the 1st place. I’ve had to pay 1.5 lacs unnecessarily for dumb reasons. Shameful.
