@GhostDCXVI This is why some non-gym people will only think of people as either fat or skinny. Any muscle gain equates to youโve gained weight and in their mind itโs fat gain. They donโt see body recomposition but size (big or small).
@Chimdimma92 Losing weight in this scenario = losing both fat and muscle tissue. More cardio specific.
Losing fat = cutting body fat percentage and maintaining muscle. Mixture of cardio and strength training.
@LehulaMary@Nomagugu_xo@KhanyisaniNtul4 As you lose body fat, you lose weight. Usually the fitness group wants to cut body fat and maintain enough muscle. So this where the different body goals come in place.

@abongile__m@PRECIAS20@ogo__nne A lot of footage. While we are watching diary sessions or a singular scene, things are definitely happening in the background. Good thing is anything worth screening gets shown on the highlights or daily shows.
Don't understand people who claim to walk 20k steps a day.
Occasionally, on the weekends, when I tell my wife "let's go on a long walk", and we walk all day, and I look at my phone after hours and hours of walking, I'm at like 16,230 max.
Is everyone just a liar?
