@AkasaAir They cancelled the flight and put me on a connecting flight via BOM with a layover of 3hr 40min.. it then became a layover of 7hr after their consecutive delays.. I'm travelling with my 3y kid and have gone through enormous stress and pain due to this delay and what's worse is

@AkasaAir The lady at the counter says they cannot do anything abt it and is unable to record a formal complaint as well and told us to complain via online!!! What pathetic customer service is this

@AkasaAir I had a bit of respect for Akasa for being a bit of premium player in the market otherwise dominated by quick and economic airlines,but had a pathetic experience today for my connecting flight from BOM (T1) to BLR (T1).. supposed to be a direct flight from Cochin to BLR but
