Rosemary Thorp, the great economic historian from Oxford University, has died. I had the opportunity to edit with her and Enrique Cárdenas a three volume Economic History of Latin America, and to share with her the periods I spent at St. Antony´s College. She was an amazing person, both professionally and personally.
