Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration.

More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nation’s capital? I’d also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. Washington State offers free college for illegals hiding from ICE.

Washington State Governor Bob Ferguson encouraged illegal immigrants to apply for state-funded financial aid, promising not to share applicants’ information with the federal government in a recent X post.

This latest example of Ferguson’s dedication to making Washington a sanctuary state comes at little cost to him, but legal residents of the state pay a steep price.

It's not just SB 5974. Washington voters have rejected a state income tax 11 times in our history, often by landslide margins. The constitution and a century of precedent treat income as property that must be taxed uniformly.

Doesn’t matter. Democrats pushed a 9.9% income tax on earnings over $1 million through on party-line votes anyway (only 11 Democrats broke ranks). Public opposition was massive. Ferguson signed it anyway.

They ignored the voters. They ignored the constitution. They ignored the business climate that built this state

The simple fact is this: King Bob and his court of Olympia Democrats do not care what us serfs think.

They have the supermajority. They have the machine. And they are using both to ram through one-party control: stripping local voters of their say over law enforcement, rewriting tax law in ways the constitution never allowed, punishing success, and centralizing power so completely that future resistance becomes harder. And soon they'll decertify sheriffs.

This isn’t democracy. This is authoritarianism with better branding.
