I kindly request the authorities to start Train No. 17664 from PBN towards RC. This adjustment will make travel to Hyderabad more convenient for passengers.

Train No. 17663 runs from RC to PBN, but it doesn’t start from PBN when heading back towards RC. Instead, Train No. 17664 runs from NED to RC. This causes inconvenience for passengers at PBN.

I told him this is an office address so no one will be there at that time. This is so annoying. Actually I want that product as soon as possible but I didn't get it.. Now because of festival I am going home, so I am not there in the Hyderabad.

On third day I contacted customer service and tell all the story, one guy promised me of delivery today before 6PM. but it is 7:30 PM now and I still didn't get my order.

Today also, delivery agent is saying I will come in night.
