I think the current state of the world is driving would-be OTC investors toward crypto. The speculative nature of both likely draws from a similar pool. As long as crypto is running I would imagine OTC will suffer. Im in it for the long haul with $LTNC ๐ฅ
Great question! The higher COGS right now is mostly due to lower production volumes, which naturally increase costs. The Legacy acquisition is a key move to reduce distribution costs by bringing that process inhouse. This gives us more control over logistics and allows us to cut out third party fees. As we ramp up production and larger volumes are produced, weโll see economies of scale kick in, lower costs per unit, better efficiency, and stronger margins. The acquisition is all about setting us up for long term growth and making our operations more cost effective.
Youโre 100% right @Kenneth02301777 there was 0 mention of $25M being realized this year. That is a future projection based upon INSIDER KNOWLEDGE of how the business will be scaled. We have so many ill-informed people in this stock that it is nauseating. $LTNC
This would literally be the best thing to ever happen to $LTNC. Unfortunately we will probably never be that lucky to get rid of this cancer. This fake Christian is a parasite who just wonโt go away.
@jfortenbaugh I couldnโt have said it better myself. Most of the angst is driven by an entirely SELFISH motivation. Thereโs no interest in being apart of something great, only grabbing your money and hitting the exits, screwing over everyone else in the process.
Last $LTNC related post of the morning, but the pearl clutching HAS to stop. We know what weโre in for. Weโre at the early stages of a beverage behemoth in the making. This is not a microwave dinner. Tom and team are cooking up a Thanksgiving feast. It will take time.
@tom_zarro Thanks, Tom. Iโm sure it gets beyond frustrating to have people continually throwing shots your way despite the valiant effort that you and the team put in every single day. Just wanted to say that some of us see the vision and sincerely appreciate all that yโall continue to do๐
@systemswindler Where exactly in the original PR did it say $LTNC would realize the $25M in 3Q 2024?? Or even in FY24 as a whole?? That is an annualized future projection. Youโre either misreading or intentionally spreading BS. Stop it.

Itโs the FIRST reporting quarter since the acquisition. Yall need to chill out a bit. Not saying the filing was fantastic, but itโs as expected. It reflects a growing startup. Not disappointed, not thrilled. It just is what it is. Now letโs see sales as we push into retail $LTNC
I wasnโt looking for spectacular numbers on the $LTNC ER. I was looking for transparency, honesty and hoping the story being told match up on paper. You canโt look at that August PR, then look this ER and say we are gonna have anything close to $25m revenue on an annualized basis
@TheBigRuss77 Weโre talking a whopping $30k in total volumeโฆthatโs a drop in the bucket. Weโll be doing that by the minute once $LTNC gets moving. I think we need to be realistic here. Iโm not looking for much SP movement for the next year or so. This is a slow burn. Whether we like it or not
