@NikeSupport Hi, the question about SPEED runs with "my coach". Are you supposed to completely stop between high-speed intervals in order to keep the given avg.pace during the whole run, or you have to use the rest time for a slow run? Wasn't clear from the app instructions. Thnx

Would be great to have this feature in the next versions of the App so that Coach run could be completed without taking the smartphone on the run.

@NikeSupport Hi! I would like to do the runs with my AppleWatch s3 using MY COAH, but I can't figure out how to get it to work. When I click start on the phone it doesn't work with AW. If I hit start on my watch it just registers a regular run and not the one in the MY COAH plan.
