Even colder in our house today after a total waste of time phone call with @CET_UK yesterday. Will @lv get involved and actually help their customers? Might aswell be living outside with our 3 young children.

Almost 3 weeks trying to get a boiler issue fixed through @CET_UK via @lv home emergency cover. 4 failed engineer visit and awful service. No-one answers calls, 4 hour call backs and no solutions to a basic problem.Will anyone respond to our complaint that was logged 5 days ago?
