"Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ."
Colossians 2:8 (NLT)
@NextGenConstrut Ego is usually the leading culprit in nearly all human conflicts. Don't let it lead. When things go south like this, let humility lead the way. Mediation where both party shift grounds is the best way out. Embrace it. It will define your legacy in future.
"It has been escalated" is one of the biggest corporate lies in today’s customer service management.
Dear corporates leadership, rise and put an end to this unacceptable service "cliche".
I look forward to the day politicians would focus their campaign on practical ideas and advanced innovations that would improve the lives of average Nigerians. It's out of fashion to keep using basic infrastructures that is a human right as campaign promises.
Let him sincerely ask God in prayer and follow what God says. God always know the end from the beginning and trust me, it beats all human permutations or logic.
My guy is 38. He works in Lagos, earns ₦280K. Married with 2 children, his wife is not working.
For 3 years he has been applying for Canada. Finally his agent said his visa is almost ready. He has already saved ₦9M for proof of funds and ticket.
Last week, his former boss called him and offered him a manager role in his new company. Salary is ₦650K plus commission, plus official car. But condition is, he must commit for 3 years and forget this Japa talk for now.
Now he is confused.
His wife said: “Take the job, let's stay. ₦650K is good money, we can save and build here. Abroad is not easy, you will go and start washing plates.”
His friends said: “Are you mad? Take the Canada. Suffer for 2 years and your child will have a better future. That ₦650K today will be ₦150K in 2 years due to inflation.”
He told me, “Bros, I am tired. I want the best for my family. If I stay, what if the company sacks me after 1 year? If I travel, what if I struggle and regret leaving a good job?”
If you were him, would you STAY for the ₦650K job or JAPA with the ₦9M?
If you see the work that we do, you will know why we charismatic bishops don't only wait for tithes and offerings. We do business, and politics is one of the businesses that we do.

During my house job in Nigeria, I was on call in O&G when a woman living with HIV gave birth.
She had a cut made during childbirth that needed to be stitched.
There was no electricity.
I stitched her by the light of a mobile phone in the middle of the night.
And bear in mind: throughout that house job, the government owed me for 14 months without pay.
This was more than 10 years ago.
Too little has changed.
And we wonder why Nigerian doctors and nurses are leaving in their thousands.
@NaijaGoldaMeir@HarmlessHQ It's was actually 169 Naira in 2021 IPO.- 5 years ago.
And if she bought the shares during IPO, then she invested about 8M Naira to acquire the shares.
In the last 5 years, she has gained 6 times capital appreciation aside dividends payouts.
That's assuming no reinvestment.
Duane “Keffe D” Davis, a former Los Angeles gang leader, was found guilty on Monday by a Las Vegas court of the 1996 murder of chart-topping rapper Tupac Shakur.
Thirty years after the rap legend’s death, the jury found Davis, 63, guilty of murder after just a few hours of deliberation.

I remember one time I scheduled a candidate for a physical interview at the office.
He showed up with about eight tubers of yam for me. He said he was in the village when I called him, so he brought back plenty of yam from the village and decided to bring some for me.
Well, he got the job not because of the yam but because he was the best for that role.
Understanding finance is critical to making the most of any background. It's a life hack.
I think finance should be a compulsory taught course across all discipline.
One career hack I have noticed recently is combining domain expertise with finance. Just look at the people who know their core profession deeply and have serious finance knowledge.
Medicine + finance. Engineering and finance. Law + finance. The latest example is a global hydrology expert I met today who is unusually fluent in finance. There seems to be an edge in linking subject matter knowledge + finance.
Further to my #OsunGuber2026 election night tweet reproduced (Image 4), I still believe that @inecnigeria owes Nigerians clear answers to 3 critical questions:
1. Why did result transmission freeze for nearly 3 hours (20:48 hrs–23:42 hrs ) on the Election night? Why the sudden rush of 236 results in less than 1 minute right after that (Image 1)?
2. Why were 51 polling unit results uploaded ONLY after declaring a winner (Image 2)?
3. Why are 11 polling unit results still missing on IReV even TODAY (Image 3)?

@KvngAdinoyi@MadProfitGuy It's this "country hard mindset" that has made integrity a rare virtue to find in an average person.
A life of integrity is an intentional choice and must never be excused with circumstancial reasons.
