Helping leaders see themselves clearly • Building a company that answers to people, principles, and the world around it • MD @SelfStir (Leadership 360°)
After hundreds of 360 debriefs, one pattern keeps repeating:
Leaders overrate themselves most on the skills they care least about.
The dimensions they care about most? Those they grade themselves honestly, often harshly.
The gap is the giveaway.
Most professional credentials, references, and development records live in proprietary systems. LinkedIn owns one slice. ATS systems own another. Universities hold a third. None talk to each other. Blockchain for HR solves the problem. #InnovationInHR
Carl Rogers said, "what is most personal is most general." The more you share your unique struggles, the more others can relate. Yet, leadership content often misses this, staying vague and abstract. Let's change that! #Leadership#Authenticity 🌟
@JohnWilson@dsiroker@RewindAI Self scores are mostly used to surface hidden strengths and blind spots. You only worry about the self scores when there is significant difference between the self and others' feedback scores. Similar scores shows healthy self awareness.
@dsiroker@RewindAI Kudos Dan. We can barely convince our clients to share their 360 reports with their direct managers, let alone the public. I'm going to subscribe to @RewindAI not only because of your corporate values, but with all the data overload, would love to try out an augmented memory. 👍🏻
@IOHK_Charles@BitmonkCrypto Just keep doing what you're doing. But, only cuz you asked.. please find people like you and bring them into your organizations, create an ai copy of yourself so we can propogate you everywhere and finally have loads and loads of children so we can save humanity. I'm a big fan.
@APompliano They came to earth looking for signs of intelligence, obviously they did not find it. Maybe in a few million years when we develop actual intelligence; not just act like monekeys, they will hang around longer and have some decent conversations with us.
