This would also help push out Christmas decorating, which has started to happen too early, even Oct. If you are in the US you should wait until after Thanksgiving to put up your Christmas decorations. You can leave them up until the Epiphany on 1/6, or Orthodox Christmas on 1/7!

We have our timeframe for Hallowmas off. People treat Oct as "Spooky Season" but the timing of Hallowmas / All Hallows should be late Oct into early Nov (11/2 = All Souls Day). You could go to 11/6 which is the last day Dı́a de los Muertos celebrations occur in parts of Mexico.

@BuenoForMiami @BrunoPresents @FrancisSuarez Isn’t the Mayor of Miami-Dade basically the Mayor of the County functions plus unincorporated areas like Kendall? That’s a lot of scope, but not a superior role. City of Miami is much more culturally and economically significant than the sum of the unincorporated bits.
