@AHS_Warranty Great thx. The plumber wants to charge us $300 for a dual flush upgrade which seems excessive. When I look on Lowe’s a dual flush is $300. Does that mean the plumber is getting $200 from you for builder standard and $300 from us from the upgrade?

@AHS_Warranty strikes again! We called about a broken toilet 2 WEEKS ago. The plumber they sent is great... but AHS has been a nightmare. 2 WEEKS later, no toilet and AHS finally approves to replace. Now they wont cover a dual flush (like our current) because it's "extra??"
