Quick note for you all.
Whenever volatility appears in the market, you don't always need to react or participate. Sometimes it's nothing more than a trap, a liquidity sweep or simply a session designed to punish impatient traders.
Even if the move goes in your favor, the risk profile is often much higher.
Most FOMO traders don't get killed during slow markets BUT they get wiped out during highly volatile conditions because they feel the need to participate in every move instead of waiting for a better opportunity.
Patience is a position too brother.
Most men I see in public live slow with no sense of urgency.
Walk slow, talk slow, drive slow, make choices slow and just dull and dead.
0 vitality, 0 hunger, 0 drive/ speed.
Remaining razor sharp and moving with intention, effort and vitality is an easy edge in the modern age.
Retail traders on social media are getting slower and dumber.
Attention spans killed and brains rotted.
Markets are getting faster, smarter and sharper.
Think about the disconnect on why 90% lose.
We were ahead of the game years ago and still are!

"Trading is actually a very simple lifestyle. You have to cut all the crap out of your life, because really your personal life has to be empty, so you can make very well informed decisions, over and over again multiple times. If your personal life or business life is really hectic all of the time, it's going to affect your trading decisions.., and vice versa actually. Your personal life and your trading life need to mirror eachother.."
