I do not understand how @Walmart can ship me a broken Graco crib for my 18 month old, tell me to drive 15 miles away from home to replace said broken item, and only offer me a $15 gift card to repack, travel, replace, drive home and remake. This is TERRIBLE customer service.

@ExtendedStay Staying on 55 in RTP - Took 15 minutes for attendant to arrive, at which point she seemed more concerned with her family's laundry. Room smells like marijuana. There are no dishes, glasses, silverware in the room. There is a half-eaten sub in the fridge. Terrible.
