@ronanlupton According to Mark Griffin it's 1.2m poles. Say €10 to share access with eir copper x 1.2m x 25 years is €300m. 14000km of duct at whatever they charge per metre. Add in potential dark fibre plus exchange access and costs rise rapidly.
