Great writing from @profgalloway in this week's 'no mercy no malice'. I'd love to see a plea deal but two q's: 1) why would Dems go for a deal? and 2) 'Trials would be circuses, convictions would be subject to years of appeals' does that not obviate T's incentive for a plea?
I'm sympathetic to the "Open Source" and Free Software movements. So I am disappointed to see data that re-inforces the trop that "open" often means "more susceptible to cyber attack. Case in point is Android vs. iPhone attacks. More here: https://t.co/7GfLA2s3jq
