A few things to get ahead of the comments.
1. Yes this is a mental block, OCD, whatever you want to call it and I sympathize with that. However Theo has played pro golf for years and it's always been the same, so the sympathy from other players is gone.
2. They have to penalize him. From what I've heard he wasn't penalized last year for slow play. That's not possible. This video is actually pretty quick for him. The more pressure, the longer it goes.
In Chicago a few years back, he was playing with Mark, I was caddying and it was raining. And he was over the ball for 3 mins once.
3. Again, Theo is a nice guy, this isn't a shot at him personally. But this is unfair to his playing partners, and after years of this going on it has be handled.
