Anyone have problems with @beatsbydre not turning on/off? Bought original pair of Studio3 on 5/14. @Apple replaced them twice for same issue. It just happened again. I only wear them 30 min at a time at the gym. This will be 4th pair in 3 months and 1 day.

Sorrento Pearl White @Kia has peeling paint on hood. Noted problem at production. Got 3 repair quotes as told. Kia still denied coverage. Be careful with White Kia vehicles

I loved @kia. Until now. Customer service is awful. Dealer even says so. Paint peeling on hood- documented problem for pearl white #Sorrento. Warranty coverage was denied. Why? Can’t get answer. May 17 was told case manager will reach out. Still waiting

Perfect example of @kia non-customer support. 4 months of awful service continues. It’s now 9 days and counting that I haven’t gotten a call. Pearl white #sorrento has peeling paint-a documented issue. Should be covered under warranty. Dealer says they are powerless.

Add @HP to the list of companies who offer all sorts of customer support options, except ability to actually provide support. New 8020 unit. 3 calls and 4 1/2 hours later still don’t have a scanner that scans. Sorry to those needing scans from me.

@Kia I am continued to be shocked at the horrible @Kia customer service. What’s the point of investing in brand and offering strong warranty if frontline staff destroys reputation? Dealer even dislikes @Kia corporate.

Beyond frustrated with @Kia. 2016 Pearl White Sorento has paint peeling. This is documented issue with these years. After multiple calls, hours on hold, emails and dealer visits, just learned they will not cover. Kia using wrong base for Pearl White now costs me major $. Why?
