How do those who are “dead in their trespasses and sins” and “do not seek after God” and are “senseless” and “blinded by the god of this world” and “in the domain of darkness” and “enslaved to various passions and pleasures” make any sort of decision of the will for Christ without the regenerating power of the Holy Spirit (Titus 3:3)?

The answer is that they don’t. Salvation is of the Lord. It is by grace. Our faith is the direct result of the effectual call of God the Holy Spirit in our hearts through the power of the Word of God.

Therefore, salvation is to the praise of His glorious grace not to the will of man who runs or wills.
