@British_Airways Not really misadvised…I’ve accessed the lounge before although that was as gold which is why I checked.

Turned away from the one world lounge at LAX. @British_Airways silver flying with @AerLingus . This is despite being told at check in I could access. Mortifying…. Please update your website and train your staff better. So embarrassing. And another nail in my loyalty coffin.

@British_Airways certainly do that. It makes it all the sadder that after 4 or 5 years I’ll lose my gold card, despite taking 9 or 10 long haul trips with BA in the tier year. It’s an own goal for so so many reasons and I know so many other frequent fliers feel same. Hope management realise this
