Aviation has always been about looking forward, beyond the runway, beyond the weather, beyond what once seemed impossible.

For much of its history, though, the flight deck has been a place where not everyone saw themselves reflected. That is changing, slowly but surely, as more women step forward, take the controls, and reshape what the future of aviation looks like.

Today, on International Women’s Day, it’s worth celebrating not just those who fly, but those who inspire others to believe they can too. Because every uniform seen in a terminal, every confident stride toward the gate, quietly widens the path for someone watching.

The skies belong to everyone.
And aviation will only become stronger, smarter, and more resilient as its flight decks better reflect the world it connects.

Here’s to the women flying today, and to the many more who will follow.

@LEGO_Group any chance you can get someone to answer your UK customer services phone line? On my third attempt to get through to discuss an issue where you took payment for an order but have not sent the order confirmation. Been on for over an hour so far and still no answer.

@scottiebateman @trevorbmbagency The frustration level of this is second only to being stuck behind people in airport security who have apparently never been in an airport before, and have to stand and sort everything at the scanners (both ends)!
