@g0th3artz @sunnysatvrn hey man! i think you missed the point of my thread. i totally agree that referencing is good, every artist should do it to learn. the issue here is sunny claimed to have NOT referenced and said the work was original. even you say yourself it’s a clear reference
@g0th3artz i didn’t need to add it bc the original artist did their job referencing! honestly if i added it it would be a point against sunny.. “even the original artist could credit, but sunny couldn’t”.i didn’t add it but i could if you really want..? the whole point here is giving credit
@hypersodas @Prpl_Hyacinth@cyani07 if you look on the website it says “limited stock” meaning it will not be produced again. These products were from before the news. how do u think this person feels when you accuse them of supporting an abuser, when she clearly doesn’t 😭
@cowppuccino @sunnysatvrn the original artist who referenced this image posted it in their replies, crediting and saying it was used as a painting study. a great example of properly crediting a photographer when it’s okay to use heavy reference for studying purposes.
@sunnysatvrn ‘s pattern of heavily referencing art without credit
🧵including using stolen art for profit and claiming to have not referenced at all. this is not “pose theft” (remember to act with kindness, this is a learning experience for EVERYONE)
@Z0MB1E_BYT3Z if i remember correctly the forever one was changed before the charms got ordered! once they’re printed by the manufacture u can’t really change them, unfortunately the other news came out later
@Stoner_Possum_ @teamfagtress2 if you check the shop, it says “limited stock” on that option 😭 meaning selling leftovers- no money goes to an abuser! the new quackity ones are added to take wilbur OFF … are you mad at everyone selling their old merch on depop too? ppl r just trying to get their money back
