As we take the field on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we honor all of those whose lives were lost on that tragic day, including our 37 @RutgersU alumni.
We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
For all the things that divide us, grief is a universal language and a defining part of the human experience. At some point, every one of us will love someone we have to say an earthly goodbye to.
I am still learning how to walk through each day carrying the grief I feel for my Charlie. Some days I have a vague understanding of God’s plan, others I don’t, but I trust Him completely. He is my only strength. I also know grief can be lonely, and sometimes hearing someone else put words to it makes us feel a little less alone.
I wrote this for anyone who has lost someone they love, anyone sitting in grief now, and anyone who someday will.
Suffering does not get the final word.
Only God does.

🇩🇪 Likely future leader of Germany:
“In my first 100 days. I will close the borders, eliminate social benefits for migrants and carry out Germany’s largest deportations.”
Today her party had a historic election win.
BRUTAL! Trump humiliates the 60 Minutes journalist live on air and leaves her speechless.
The journalist throws the lowest blow at him:
"He called you a pedophile, rapist, and traitor..."
Trump, with a steely gaze and firm voice:
"I knew you were going to read that garbage... because that's exactly what you do: rotten people who live off of slandering.
I never raped anyone! That's a disgusting lie invented by a sick mind. And you read it on national television as if it were true!
You should feel deep shame for repeating that filth. I'm none of those things... and you know it.
This isn't journalism. This is a disgrace. But go on... finish your show. I'm here so the whole world can see who you really are."
Trump didn't break. He demolished them in their own house.
