DO NOT USE using @BudgetAirFR for any of your flight booking. Have been waiting for more than 15 months for the refund of a cancelled @LOTPLAirlines flight due to COVID.
Everytime I contact them I get a generic reply saying that the airlines has not refunded them the money.(1/2)
