@TomaszDluski@HKilset@petretta@github@opencode Yeah… if you wanna use Opus and use it a lot, you probably have to get Claude Max / Opencode Black :/
Still a pretty good deal for $10 or $39 if you ask me. Especially with the cheaper models
@HKilset@TomaszDluski@petretta@github@opencode Still not what we were talking about!
Our point was: For usage in OpenCode - does Copilot Pro count either each prompt or each session as a 'request'?
@TomaszDluski@HKilset@petretta@github@opencode That’s referring to the copilot coding agent, not Opencode. Sessions might be a different thing there or not, I don’t know.
I used Opencode via Copilot Pro the last couple days. The usage numbers reflect the number of prompts I made. Just try it.
@HKilset@TomaszDluski@petretta@github@opencode True, but not what we’re talking about. When using Opencode specifically with Copilot Pro, the old auth only counted the first prompt in each Opencode session. Which was clearly a loophole and is now fixed.
@TomaszDluski@petretta@github@opencode That was true until a few days ago, but not anymore.
Though it seems I was wrong about Opencode using multiple requests per prompt. The higher number of requests in my usage is just from Opus tripling everything :D
@petretta@github@opencode For the $39 plan you get 1500 premium requests, though Opus 4.5 counts as 3x usage. And Opencode will often use more than 1 request per prompt.
