3/ In the end, these are business/customer relationships and the keys to success in that regard are well-established. IMO, it's time for more attention to be paid to customer experience, brand loyalty, and empathy in NFT projects.
๐งต1/ Trend I'm seeing in NFT projects is a lack of empathy. Empathy for the hard-earned money people pay for these NFTs. Empathy for busy holders who can't attend every event and miss out on benefits as a result. #NFT#NFTs#NFTCommunity#empathy
2/ At some point, the current whirlwind will die down significantly and it's the projects with the most empathy and appreciation for its members that will win in the long run.
@bobbyhundreds Exactly. Itโs gambling. All fun and games as long as you donโt put more on the line than youโre willing to lose. Have fun, keep safe, be kind.
Whether you decide to make that buy, or not make that sale, or just hold because you love the communityโyou are being driven by the stories being told and that you're telling yourself. And that's totally OK because it follows what we've been doing for millennia. 16/16
*I don't mean "grand social experiment" as if I think this is a fad. I most certainly do not. I believe this is a movement that has barely even begun to take root and will likely change the world. I mean it as in this is all very new and we're all feeling our way every day. 15/16
