Released a small but useful update to v2.21, you can now install and start the UI in one line:

bettercap -eval "caplets.update; ui.update; http-ui"

NOTE: only `caplets.update` the first time as each time it reinstall caplets, overwriting the credentials you (hopefully) changed.
