Republic Gin Sour

2 oz Dripping Springs Traditional Gin
1.5 oz Republic Spirit Blends Sweet & Sour mixer
1 egg white
3-5 drops of bitters

Dry shake ingredients for 1 minute until frothy.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with dried petals.
