How many H-1 B visas are held by public schools? 2,300 employees have H-1B Visas; that's 0.071% of total public school employees. Not even 1%.
What jobs do they hold? Elementary Bilingual teachers, Math Teachers, Science Teachers, Spanish Teachers, and Special Education teachers.

Who is going to feel these cuts? Your kids, because now they can't earn a foreign language credit because they cut your kids' teacher. That's less than 1% of the total number of Public School Employees who are doing their jobs! Think about that. When is Greg Abbott not picking on 1% of the population to get you to hate other people? Never; that's all he does!

Playing any part of any state tournament without the “bright lights” of a large venue, for any sport just stinks. The anticlimactic nature of playing a game/match at a random HS gym is depressing at times.
