@Inspirfaculty1 I need to study this more but it seems there are two issues: 1. The parent institutions appear to be reluctant to absorb them 2. Other institutions demur, saying absorption is the job of the parent institution. I could stand corrected on either or both these points.
@GautamDesiraju Sir, Thank you for your concern. The situation is same for all IFs. In my case, the host inst. just gave a casual excuse of unavailability of sanctioned positions. They may generate positions to take their favored candidates but ignore us even though we performed excellently.
If this is factually correct, then it makes a mockery of the whole INSPIRE effort. Can someone in DST please establish verifiable reasons for absorption or non-absorption of its INSPIRE fellows? This is now becoming a moral responsibility for all of us. https://t.co/TIISk4VTQh
243 to 649 is not statistically significant for a huge country like ours. Further, many of these returnees are DST INSPIRE fellows who have so many other problems in getting absorbed permanently. This article is quite misleading. @Inspirfaculty1@inspire1faculty@IndiaDST https://t.co/CgJZlrIuS0
The INSPIRE program of @IndiaDST needs looking into by @HRDMinistry@PrakashJavdekar Started with best intentions. Choke point is the job giver. State n Central Univs, IIT, IISER, institutes, etc. Too many roadblocks in filling positions. @inspire1faculty@Inspirefacultyk https://t.co/p0cgOkkJgs
HON'BLE AUTHORITIES PLEASE DON'T IGNORE US. AT LEAST SEE THE REALITY. WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT OUR PERFORMANCE AND SITUATION WILL MAKE YOU FEEL THAT HOW GENUINE IS OUR DEMAND. DON'T COMPEL US TO MOVE ABROAD. #saveinspirefaculty
#PositiveIndia#saveinspirefaculty May God make Divyangs capable. Sir, we are with you & system to our best. However, we are at the stage of being Scientific Divyang who have capability in their brain but gonna be of no use for the country as forced to be jobless. Plz understand https://t.co/QrhcAWSUh9
