We're excited to share we have tagged the first Mesa Release Candidate and we are now code complete! We will be upgrading the Mesa Testnet to this version on Monday, April 27 🙌
From here, we move into final validation: first by spinning up the refreshed testnet, then into Mesa Trail, where it’s tested with node operators under real conditions.

We've just released a new open-source Mina explorer with complete block and transaction history across all networks! 🔍
Built for our Mesa development work, and now available as another option for the community to explore network activity 🙌

o1js just got a new addition.
We’ve released a prerelease that lets Node.js run the zk prover directly — unlocking faster proofs and much larger zk programs.
Let’s break down what that actually means. 🧵👇
A peek inside what our team was up to today for Mesa... 👀
This dashboard monitors block height by node during a hard fork. In this dry run, our team defined the stop-slot time, and we were able to observe that the network successfully agreed on Block 1079 as the genesis block of the post-hard fork network. ✅
And when Mesa nodes restarted, they began from that exact height and quickly re-synced. The team checked this against pre-hf and confirmed continuity. ✅
This was also a mixed-mode hardfork, meaning some nodes upgraded manually (legacy mode) and others updated automatically (auto mode). Both paths converged and synced to the same network state. ✅
No divergence. No ledger rewrite.
That’s the behavior we want.

Proving you did it correctly: spreadsheet wizardry. 🧙♂️
On Mina, your system can prove it followed the rules — automatically, verifiably, and privately with ZK.

This is the direction Mina was built for.
A blockchain that stays fully verifiable for individuals, runs locally, and treats privacy, decentralization, and self-sovereignty as non-negotiables — not trade-offs.
“Open” only matters if people can run and verify it themselves.
The mountain man's cabin shouldn't require a data center. Mina's constant ~22KB chain means anyone can verify the entire chain with a single proof, from any device. - exactly the ZK-SNARK future Vitalik describes.
INITIATING: MegaETH Global Stress Test.
Experience real-time apps with ultra-low fees while we blast the chain with 18-35k real TPS.
