Hootenanny Owls made a v special appearance with a range of spectacular birds of prey. Glasgow Artist in Residence Deirdre Nelson supported over 60 bird feeders to be made. And Mike Sinclair of Clyde Odd Jobs secured sponsorship for 15 bird boxes and the giant owl box!!!!
Huge thanks to everyone who turned out to Feathered Friends of Kings Park- truly an afternoon to remember!
We had the fabulous Kevin Sinclair who was demo-ing bird ringing. David Roberts displayed his beautiful bird photos, all of which were taken in the park

Currently on my way to Glasgow to welcome these amazing chaps over the finish line after they’ve cycled all the way from London.
Please support them if you can - we all volunteer so all money goes directly to the Malawi education projects they support.

We did it! Our riders arrived at The Finish Line art/printing/storytelling/arrival party bang on time at 3pm yesterday after a 6.30am start. Really well done to our riders Alastair, Alex and Duncan who you can see here with our trustee and fourth rider Steve.
Less than a day to go until our four riders set off on their 500-mile ride from London to Glasgow, thanks @SthLondonPress for this article! #GlasgowScotland2023
