How you treat your status member ? Why do I have to file another claim when your agent at the airport right in from of me already did ? Why do I have to leave your office to get a issue resolved? This is beyond ridiculous, you guys can do better.

@united Airlines is one of the worst Airlines you would ever want to fly with, I was asked to check in my bag at the jet bridge because the plane is a smaller plane. Which I reluctantly agreed. My hand luggage was within the specifications of a standard hand luggage.

It had fragile sticker on it, when I got to my destination, I found out the handle had been ripped off and damaged, i immediately approached their staff at the Airport and she was so nice and apologized, she filed a claim for me and offered a replacement bag.
