Huge issue that is emerging is labour shortage. People expect reward without hardwork. Wrong type of incentives being given in our society
Several companies are now highlighting labor shortages as a growing challenge.
Governments should focus welfare support on genuinely vulnerable groups such as senior citizens, and create incentives for the working-age population to participate in the workforce instead of sitting home.
If not taken care, the culture of broad-based freebies for entire households, will screw up our country’s work ethic. Our core DNA was suppose to be "hard work".
