Today's bail hearing in High court has been shifted to 26 February. Haryana police didn't bring the medical certificate of Nodeep due to which the hearing was postponed.
Regarding Shiv Kumar the HC ordered to shift him to Chandigarh hospital. Justice delayed is justice denied!
