A quick dive into your @SamsungIndia community shows that this particular model (UA55AU7600KXXL )has had repeated complaints. A company as big as yours doesn’t have to courtesy to replace a defective panel and is happy to quote a substantial repair bill instead! Pathetic!

@SamsungIndia Despite continuous back and forth with your team, for about two weeks now our complimentary LED panel replacement is still pending. Please do the needful as this is really frustrating! Expect more clarity and steadfast response from your side.

@SamsungIndia i am annoyed with the lack of coordination between your customer care team and local service center. I got a call today to tell me that my tv was faulty and panel will be replaced free of cost . I get a call after 2hrs from be local service center who have no clue!
I will refrain from buying @SamsungIndia products in future that have a warranty of a mere 12 months. The quality of your products has deteriorated to such an extent that I as a customer cannot justify purchasing a product with such poor durability. Expected better!

@SamsungIndia Having purchased a 55 inch LED tv from you, i am appalled at the quality of the product and of the customer service. If a television cannot last for even 3 years, it speaks volumes about your quality. Add to that, no reply to customer support emails. Disappointing!
