¨oh...you are one of these weak people that is into meditation, chi gong, these kinds of things¨
one hears it often enough
simple fact is, is that inner development long time makes one much stronger on many fronts. Once the inner energies have settled down properly and are in balance, the mind and physical body become a lot stronger and one simply has way more resilience.
One becomes one of these people that:
- smiles to people and is not always morbid
- can resist more pain and tension instead of freaking out
- stays emotionally balanced even when tired
- does not complain for example about children in a plane but accepts it and helps
- accepts the uncertainty of life and sees beauty in that
- keeps going after a setback and is not used to giving up
- runs that extra round in the park instead of going home asap
- wakes up before their kids to do inner work to start a nice new day full of energy
- knows how to say no, especially when the herd pressures certain social norms
- is actually content while being surrounded by wide-spread misery
Inner strength is crucial to keep your spine straight in this very strange human society we have build.....and you can cultivate it all for free since basically any good book pdf is free online and we are all endowed with the gift of consciousness, so it is really up to oneself to finally turn inside and have the benefits, or not

What I wish I’d understood earlier in my trading journey is that studying the market is only one part of the work.
Years can be spent learning technicals, psychology, and strategy, but real progress begins when that same level of attention is turned inward - yourself.
In trading, habits, impulses, emotional patterns, and execution errors can become either the edge or the liability.
From experience, the most valuable investment is not another service, course, or book in isolation, its the process, journaling, honest review, consistent reflection, and measurable self-correction that helps you push forward
No mentor, book, or paid service can do that work on a trader’s behalf - zero.
Basics/101 of living
Surprised overall how ambitious certain people are, or how big their dreams are, but they can barely organize the fundamental basics of their life.
Not even talking about learning energy-skills, or even going on a journey of serious inner development, this is way too far off for most people, so let´s just look at some basics first:
physically:
- sleep enough
- do not eat too much, not being a pig means putting less in your mouth
- reduce carbs & sugar
- remove toxins & chemicals & drugs
- exercise daily
- rest enough
mentally/mindset:
- smile
- be kind to others
- forgive
- cultivate resistance/persistence/will-power
- learn to control thoughts
- let go of toxic emotions
- basic emotional control
- know how to relate to other humans
- do not live as a herd-slave
news/information/book/education wise:
- read something else than mainstream news
- read 2 hours a day
- discuss with friends that challenge you
- read controversial stuff you do not like
- leave your comfy ¨friends think like me¨ bubble
- just get a basic education on the world, history, geography, finance etc, just the basics
relationship:
- know how to make love
- do not drain each other
- forgive
- do not control
- do not try to be right all the time
- control yourself emotionally
- do not flee or withdraw
- relate instead of take and want
family:
- healthy food
- autonomy
- minimize inteference but set boundaries too
- educate through example
- do not project your own fears on kids
- do not try to educate a copy of yourself
- imagine yourself in the child´s place
spiritually:
- sit in silence every day 15 minutes
- pray or send out good vibes every day
- be kind and forgiving to others
financially:
- from every 10$ you earn, save 2, invest 2, spend 6, if you can
- if you do not have capital, reduce costs to the maximum to build it
- invest instead of save
- understand markets, inflatoin and the money-system a bit
- have some hard assets
------------------------------------------------
These are just the utter basics. Get this right and you can already live a pretty happy and healthy life
This is also all totally irrelevant if you are serious about inner work. I mean, we are not talking here even about a serious inner development/meditation routine, learning energy-skills, or leaving on your own to dissolve your sense of self for months on end. This is all for people that want to take their life to the next level, which many want, but few are actually ready to pay the price for.
This 101 of living is just the utter basics.
So before dreaming about conquering the world, or whatever other megalomanic ideas you have, maybe get this right first in your life. If you can´ t even do this yet, forget about the rest
Most retail trading education is built on a fantasy
learn the setup
memorize the rules
wait for the signal
repeat the sequence
get paid
That's not professional trading.
Professional trading is not the removal of judgment.
It is the development of judgment under uncertainty.
The actual job is learning to ask
What state is the market in?
What action is worth taking from here?
How much risk does it deserve?
What path can I survive?
What did the feedback actually teach me?
A setup is not an edge.
It is a trigger inside a state.
The pattern does not make the decision for you.
It only gives you something to evaluate.
Stop destroying your children´s health by putting them on vegan diets
Just incredible how often i have to respond to parents that ask me why their children are weak and tired while they feed them only vegan. Also applies to adults by the way
1: STOP destroying your children's life, health, and future, they need animal protein
2: they are white, weak, sick, tired, because they lack critical nutrients and energy-dense food
3: you want to kill yourself, go ahead, but do not do this to your children, they deserve balanced nutrition and a chance to grow up into healthy adults. They want to consciously decide to weaken themselves afterwards when they are adults, fine, their mistake to make, but at least you raised them with proper food into adulthood
4: you want to indoctrinate yourself with fault y nutritional science, climate madness & guilt, go ahead, but leave your children out of it
5: and if you are weak & tired as an adult as well, you should stop your vegan diet immediately. That is literally step 1, even more important than meditation, energy-work, or anything else
The year is 1950. Your doctor lights a cigarette and tells you smoking is fine. He read it in a study. He is telling the truth about having read it. He does not know, or is not saying, that the study was funded by the tobacco industry.
The year is 1958. Your doctor tells you to eat less fat. The evidence is contested. The contestation is not in the public messaging. The food industry has been helpful in clarifying which findings deserve attention. Some researchers who published contradictory data have been quietly defunded. Ancel Keys is on the cover of Time magazine.
The year is 1962. Your doctor prescribes thalidomide to your pregnant wife for morning sickness. It has been approved. The FDA gave it the green light in Europe. Twelve thousand children will be born with severe limb malformations before anyone in an official capacity acknowledges the problem. The families are told the drug was safe. The drug was approved. Both of these things remain true.
The year is 1972. Your doctor prescribes Valium. Britain is in the grip of a benzodiazepine wave that will last two decades. The dependency risk is known internally. It is not shared. Your doctor is not lying to you. He was not told either.
The year is 1999. Your doctor prescribes Vioxx for your arthritis. It is newer than ibuprofen, well-tolerated, and Merck has a study showing it works. Merck also has internal data suggesting it roughly doubles the risk of heart attack. This data will not reach your doctor for four more years. Fifty thousand people are estimated to have died in the interim. Merck eventually settles for 4.85 billion dollars. No criminal charges are brought.
The year is 2002. Your doctor prescribes OxyContin. Purdue Pharma trained its sales representatives to tell doctors the addiction risk was less than one percent. That figure came from a letter, not a study. The letter was about patients with terminal cancer on short-term doses in hospital settings. Your doctor is a GP with a patient who has a bad back. Nobody draws a distinction. Nobody is required to.
The year is 2008. Your doctor checks your cholesterol. Your LDL is elevated. You are prescribed a statin. Nobody mentions that the number needed to treat for primary prevention is approximately 250. Nobody mentions that the muscle deterioration you'll notice over the next two years is listed as a rare side effect rather than a documented pattern affecting a meaningful percentage of patients. The trial that informed the prescription was funded by the manufacturer.
Now it is today.
Your doctor has new guidelines. New studies. New consensus.
He is confident.
He has always been confident.
The confidence has never been the problem.
The confidence is, in fact, precisely the problem.
How to get back to normal when overstimulated by life, stress, X, crypto, money, family, all of it?
1: limit screen time
2: go outside and out in nature a lot
3: do grounding
4: low sugar, low carb, mainly protein & fat & keto diet
5: get some activity in nature: gardening for example
6: limit stimulants: coffee, red-bull, etc
7: do exercises in this book twice a day 30 minutes: https://t.co/mhD5JiIHFd
8: do daily inner development practise and sit in silence
9: cut out toxic relations and toxic friends
10: learn to ignore the noise around you and be at peace with yourself
11: learn to say ¨no¨
12: only consume quality content, instead of scrolling for hours uselessly on X as so many do
13: look inside instead of outside all the time

Go to my kids primary school with a bag of cookies for the young ones, get comments the next day from some parents that i am intoxicating their kids with sugar
Go for a pizza with another family, but we have to go somewhere else because two people are gluten intolerant
Buy some beer and wine for a barbecue but nobody drinks anymore so everyone keeps asking for kombucha or sparkling water
Buy a birthdaycake when my kid goes to a birthday but apparently that is too risky since some kids have nut allergies
I mean...the f**k really. It is all just total bullsh*t of fearful people over-identified with the latest hype which they then project on their kids. I mean, good luck raising your kid vegan for example, they will end up literally dumbed down because of the lack of fat in their brains.
My kids are super strong, super healthy, super fit, go outside in the sun, eat some sweets as well, have zero allergies, healthy appetite, enjoy a snack, and are totally fine, not these weak little white kids that always have a cough or cold and are just depleted before they can even talk.
And guess what? Prohibiting your kids to eat certain things will just result in them buying a sh*tload of that stuff when they are bigger and can buy it themselves, we all know the stories of kids that can´t have sweets at home and go all out at the candy-store when they get their first pocketmoney
Anyway, all in favor of everyone living healthy, not in favor of everyone turning their kids into fearful freaks where life and joy is something to be feared

Anxiety
We are so used to most humans being anxious and full of strange habits, that we're not even aware of how crazy this behavior really is. If one observes carefully, one can see it everywhere, in the little details: People fidgeting, people having unresty eyes with a dull look, the need to always be on one’s phone, the need to always be distracted, never being able to be at peace a single moment, never living in the now.
It's as if some kind of curse or spell lies upon humanity, never allowing us to be at ease with ourselves. The crazy thing is, that this is actually taught to us as normal. Since the whole herd does it, nobody questions why or how since most of us behalve like that.
Unconscious parents pass this on to their children. We're taught this kind of behavior is normal, but it is not. This is the main reason to turn inside. This is the main reason to do inner development, to finally realize that there's a better way to live. That we can actually live in an expanded state of consciousness and be content in the moment instead of being full and anxiety all the time

Something interesting is happening.
More and more wealthy entrepreneurs, investors and Bitcoiners are quietly moving to Thailand.
After spending a lot of time here myself, I understand why.
Here are 10 reasons wealthy Bitcoiners are choosing Thailand 👇
China is taking back its historical place as most powerful country in the world
Simply no more denying it
Massive energy production + total dominance in robotics and soon ai + huge manufacturing base + no wokeness + no immigration issues = china number 1. And deserved. They have been quietly building their power for decades. Their manufacturing power is insane.
Cherry on the cake will be when they back the yuan with all that gold they are quietly accumulating and that will end the dollar dominance
They played it smart. First get rich selling cheap goods, then move up the value chain fast, dominate future tech, strong army, then finally financial dominance
