I care little about Candace's incessant, maniacal ravings, because they're so over the top they're self-discrediting. But I do care about the miserably malleable malcontents, miscreants, malfeasors, & moronic monsters who hang on her every malignant utterance, fueling her lunacy.

Happy 250th birthday, America!
Freedom, including our freedom to practice our religion, is a right we must not only treasure but protect. Our rights come from God, and we are, as we profess in the Pledge, "one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
The Catechism reminds us: "It is the duty of citizens to contribute along with civil authorities to the good of society in a spirit of truth, justice, solidarity, and freedom" (CCC 2239). We are called to bring the Good News into the public square — not just in words, but in how we live and engage as citizens.
Each of us has a part to play in making our country a better place for all. St. Catherine of Siena had this wise advice, “Follow God’s purpose for you, and He can use you to change the world.” Changing the world may seem pretty bold to you but remember it's God Who is doing the changing. All we need to do is say "yes" to Him and let Him work through us.
Happy Independence Day. God bless you!
