@VirginAtlantic I’ve been on hold or cut off for the last hour with one of your ‘customer service team’ - I’m not starting the process again. This will be the last flight i take with virgin after this fiasco
Been on the phone to @VirginAtlantic for the best part of 4-5hrs over the last few weeks trying to upgrade a flight. Worst customer service I’ve seen for a long time #shockingservice
@implausibleblog Why should they make less profit? Surely business is allowed to be profitable? We don’t live in a dictatorship where government are allowed to set prices - they will have brought this inflationary problems on themselves by taxing businesses
