@BBCMOTD @alanshearer , re-reffing games etc. Even Shearer said himself “I understand why the ref has given it” so therefore surely the VAR would have likely felt the same, so they couldn’t overrule it based on it not being a clear and obvious error.

@BBCMOTD @alanshearer I felt we got massively lucky with this, I thought it was a red and had the ref given a red it wouldn’t have been overturned. I think what people are forgetting here, which I find quite ironic, is that week on week, pundits complain about VAR getting involved unnecessarily (1/2)

When we went into the screen, which was number 4 it was just as bed, to the extent by the time we left our clothes were literally sticking to us. Not one member of staff mentioned anything and there were no signs about a possible issue with the air con, not happy 😡
