Making progress on sons new house. Can’t believe they painted hardwood. They were not flat so lots of sanding. Used tung oil with resin binder instead of a stain or poly

@BowlerCluke This is what we used. And a box of 36 grit to get flat. Then worked up to 60. Then used a buff machine with 3 more grits to smooth

@BowlerCluke Sure! When we returned our drum sander it said I spent 297 hours sanding on the 5 rooms with hardwood to get them flat. You’d have to put me up for quite a while!
