@CitImmCanada I'm getting Bad Gateway Error 502 today. I can log in, search, then when I click "check full application status," the next page does not load and then I receive this error:
@CitImmCanada There is an issue with the Representatives PR Portal since the update yesterday. PR applications that had been initiated have now been removed. Is there a fix that you are working on?
@tommacleay@TTRRMK@CitImmCanada Thank you! I did submit a webform for technical issue, but it does not affect just one in my portal but ALL (which I said in my webform). I provided screenshots for the one but I'm not going to do that for EVERY application in my portal
@CitImmCanada The Representative PR Portal is still not working since Friday. All of the forms show "in progress" (even though client already signed the IMM 5669). The forms will not stay on "ready to submit". They revert back to "in progress", so nothing can be submitted. Please fix ASAP
@CitImmCanada The Authorized Representative Portal hangs after answering the security question. Yes, I've done all the usual clear cache, restart, etc.
