@OSacrumCorIesu In my last parish we began a toddler group which led children into messy church, from there a good few came to Mass on Sunday. In my current parish, post-covid was a challenge so we began a family mass and that has succeeded in reconnecting with those who had stopped coming.
Lent is almost upon us and we are invited to begin this holy season in the right way. Do make sure you get to Mass tomorrow and, as we contemplate our own mortality, we will discover once again, his power to save. @LivDiocese#AshWednesday
A few weeks ago we were visited by our local MP Dan Carden. Mr Carden visited our pantry, Columba’s Kitchen, and our community cafe - he is pictured here with some of our volunteers. @LivDiocese @PlusDane @standrewslive@Red_Neighbours#biggerdifference

‘Love is not merely a sentiment,’ Benedict wrote. ‘Sentiments come and go. A sentiment can be a marvellous first spark, but it is not the fullness of love.’

As my episcopal motto I chose the phrase from the 3rd letter of John, "Co-worker of the Truth"... In today's world the theme of truth has all but disappeared, because truth appears to be too great for man, and yet everything falls apart if there is no truth.
There’s something for everyone this Christmas - we have our Crib Mass on Christmas Eve at 4.00pm as well as Midnight Mass beginning at 11.30 pm, or join us on Christmas Day at 10.30 am. Whichever celebration you come to, you are welcome. @PinehurstP@Red_Neighbours#followthestar
