@Delta another horrible job today with customer service, flying with DL has been terrible this week, today bumping first class passengers to coach & the gate agent at A21 FLT 1905 out of ATL rude & not helpful
DL can’t control weather but u should offer better customer service
@Delta What do you do with rude employees who are not helpful and could care less about the customer and provide bad and inaccurate information. The things you can control you should, standard apology text messages don’t fix the problem just a PR move
