@emirates It did tempt me then our flight was cancelled and we were transferred to a plane with no premium economy and went economy instead. Paltry £100 refund, put a complaint in. Still waiting since March!!!!!

@EmiratesSupport I’m fuming with emirates, I have received an email saying my refund request is denied as my ticket has been used in full!Yes it’s been used but I want a refund of the difference of my premium economy ticket I bought and economy seat I was given!!! Why is this so difficult to do!

@emirates @EmiratesSupport I’ve transferred onto a different flight from Dubai to Manchester & told it was economy and not premium economy what we paid for on original flight i was then told I would not be refunded the difference, this is disgraceful. I sent a dm last week to you
