@TLRailUK @HPDCommuters Why not? The 19:04 em train from st Pancras serves Bedford/Luton better, and the surrounding @TLRailUK services are always standing room only. Seems like an easy win for you, and let’s be honest, you need a few.

.@TLRailUK. 19:09 Bedford express service was about 1/3 full on leaving St Albans. When are you going to see sense and make this a stopping service? I’m now stuck at St Albans station for 20 minutes with about 100 other people. @HPDCommuters

@TLRailUK @will_TLRailwork @BimAfolami @HPDCommuters Not as closely as your passengers. The express services are consistently emptier than the surrounding services. Moreover, the point is there are no trains for HPD commuters in this gap - how do you monitor passengers who want to get home but can’t?

.@TLRailUK. Can you reschedule today’s ‘meet the manager’ as no trains were running on the Bedford line this morning? I really wanted to go but couldn’t as I was already delayed by over 1/2 hour. @HPDCommuters

Clearly I know that. But if you cancel half the services the number of passengers on each doubles. Given that there is always plenty of free space on the express services I think it’s not unreasonable to expect you to use it to make our journeys a little less miserable.
