@charlieINTEL Well this is a tough one. I think rockstar probably does deserve $100 considering the time, love, and care they put into their games.

However, if we all cough it up, every other publisher is going to try it for a year until they learn they ain’t rockstar.

@Verizon how can I escalate a situation? I have tried for two years to get a refund on an Apple Home Pod I returned. I was given the runaround by the Tuscaloosa store. A regional manager finally got it sorted out. Never got the check and every phone call is a dead end. Help!
