@JaYunnaMonae My husband has told me for yrs to stop shutting down but my temper got so out of hand in my 20s that I'm not ready to reveal my "Ready, set, go..." attitude in my 50s. I think meditation, deep breathes, and counting backwards has really worked for me and him. He just don't know!
