@glennkelman Thanks for pointing that out. I didn’t see in Kevin’s email that the delayed marketing included the ability to publish on the firms website, but it also doesn’t explicitly disallow it. Details, details.
Can you clarify your comment about “the listing broker’s website?” I didn’t see that in the announcement of the new option. My reading of it is that a listing agent can elect to not syndicate the listing. @glennkelman
Now there’s a third option, “delayed marketing,” for sharing listings with other brokers and on the listing broker’s website, but not with the public. The marketing delay could last days or weeks; many listings may sell before reaching the public.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE double-check your absentee ballot envelope. In Wake Co Monday we received and counted 3,300 absentee ballots, but 180 more failed to have required 2 witnesses or notary sign the envelope. Those can’t be counted. (those voters who supplied an email or phone number on absentee application were emailed and/or texted this morning that they can still vote in person. /2 #ncpol
I have to give @ATT credit on their fast response. We just thought our router died. But something literally chewed through our main fiber line yesterday, and today they had crews out by 11am to diagnose and do 1st half of the fix with the rest done by 7pm.
The thing about all these lies being told, about Helene or anything, is that they get repeated over and over again. Why retweet lies and continue to fan the flames? That’s why they lie!
Post the truth with sources. It’s more effective than trying to argue.
I spoke with numerous first responders today, and they are working their asses off and don't care about conspiracy theories. There are 469 people (federal, state and local — not counting volunteers) on the ground in Haywood County alone working rescue and recovery operations
Today, we proactively started lowering Lake Johnson ahead of potentially heavy rainfall later this week from TS #Debby. Lowering the lake allows us to store more water and helps reduce flooding concerns along Walnut Creek. @RaleighGov@Raleigh_Water#ncwx
